Is it a record??? I don´t know, but I think its not, because I could simply build a picture with 30 000 000 Blocks
And I am very sorry, that my minecraft with optifine can´t see the whole thing on my server. I´ll try to make a full picture picture (althougt thats pretty useless, because you could just see every 4. block if the resolution is Full HD - thats my screen size)

+brian meerkerk so 3 400 000 000? let´s see, if I find a bigger picture or a new source for satelite photos ;) would be really the biggest pixel art with 40 000 000 x ~20-30 000 000 :D
But it would be hard to complete - it could only generate, while you`re flying around - and I don´t know wheter this is allowed
